Because the way to the heart is through the stomach and I often find myself restless in front of the cooking pot... I came up with something and set a date for a cooking class. My wife and I did this cooking class. Our instructor was Davide. This was easily one of the best experiences we have done while away on vacation. Chef was extremely knowledgable, fun to be with, and make the class enjoyable from every aspect. The food was absolutely fantastic.

This was my wife’s and I’s first time in Rome and our first time experiencing a private personal tour with priority entrance. Our tour was on June 8, 2023. This is the way to see the Colosseum and Forum otherwise you really missing out walking around yourself. Our guide was Suzanna Mariani for this fabulous tour of the historic Colosseum and Roman Forum. She is an expert guide with a degree in ancient history. She was absolutely passionate about what she shared and pointed out along the way, in particular she had charts that illustrated what the ruins looked like when they were truly standing which brought the ruins to life. Luca took us on a food tour of the Trastevere. We walked around the beautiful Trastevere area and tried an excellent mix of traditional Italian food and adventurous, exquisite new dishes. It was fantastic and he had copious knowledge about Italian food and culture. The pork bread was phenomenal, the supri was superb, and the gelato at the end of the tour was fantastic. We are so grateful to him for an amazing experience.
