Pasta Making and Gelato Class | Lunch Session

Learn to cook like a native Italian with this small group lunch class. Following a prosecco and antipasti reception, we’ll be making gelato and fresh pasta from scratch, using traditional Roman recipes lovingly passed down from la nonna.

Held either in a 17^th Century Palazzo near Piazza Navona or just steps away from the Pantheon, this interactive class is led by our enthusiastic English-speaking chef. Perfect for kids and adults, locals and visitors, our class is designed for anyone with a passion for delicious food, having fun, and learning something new.

Prepare flavorful seasonal pasta by hand

While the gelato settles, we’ll mix, kneed, and roll out our fresh handmade pasta before infusing it with our favorite seasonal flavors. Vibrant pumpkin tortellini in the autumn, light coils of fettuccine dressed with eggplant in the summer, and succulent ravioli dumplings stuffed with rich, creamy ricotta di pecora… well, essentially any time of the year!

Then relax and taste your handmade culinary creations
